These terms apply to your use of baaman.ai (the "website"), run by Baaman AI Lab Private Limited ("Baaman AI Lab", "we", "us"), CIN U62012DL2025PTC442308, Office No. 402, D-248, Abhishek Business Center, Near Laxmi Nagar Metro Station, Gate No. 1, Delhi 110092.
By using the website you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a school, institution or company, you confirm you are allowed to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What the website is for
The website describes our systems and services and lets you contact us and book a call. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a binding commitment. Any work we do for you, including a DPDP readiness check, is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Product screens on the website show how our systems work. The version deployed for your institution may look or behave differently, depending on what we agree with you.
3. Calls, demos and readiness checks
- Introductory calls and demos booked through the website are free and do not commit either side to anything.
- A DPDP readiness check identifies technical and process gaps in how your institution handles personal data. It is not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Responsibility for compliance stays with your institution, which should take its own legal advice.
- Please do not send us student, parent or staff personal data through the website or enquiry form. If we need such data for agreed work, we will set up a secure way to share it under contract.
4. Your use of the website
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or misleading information;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other people's data, or disrupt the website;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the website with automated tools; or
- pretend to be someone else, or submit someone else's details without their permission.
5. Intellectual property
The website and everything on it, including text, designs, product screens, diagrams, the Baaman name and the [B] logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, or to evaluate our services within your organisation. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The enquiry form is handled by Formspree and call booking by Cal.com. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
8. No warranties
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Information on it, including about laws and deadlines, is general and may change. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability to you for your use of the website is limited to ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Changes and suspension
We may update these terms, or change or suspend the website, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
